£2,000 Awarded March 2020 The west window blew in during a storm on Sunday 9th February and has been removed, awaiting repair.

Merton, St Peter

£8,700 Awarded March 2020 Major roof repairs largely funded by the NLFH. Additional urgent work has been identified causing an unexpected shortfall. The application is for assistance with funds towards the extra work.

Haddiscoe, St Mary

£2,000 Awarded March 2020 Repair of lead sheets on south side of nave roof that have been subject to excessive slippage, which has led to water ingress.

Hethel, All Saints

£1,500 Awarded March 2020 Remove internal plaster on south wall of chancel affected by damp. External hard render to be removed and replaced with lime render. The interior plaster will be replaced with lime plaster and lime wash once the walls have dried out. Buttress repairs.

Brockdish, St Peter and St Paul

£5,000 Awarded March 2020 Re-plaster and lime wash chancel. Repair and replace stained glass windows made by John Winter in late 1851, and those created by James Powell & Sons.

East Rudham, St Mary

£1,000 Awarded March 2020 Roof and gutter repairs. The damage may have been caused by attempted lead theft.

Great Ryburgh, St Andrew

£1,000 Awarded March 2020 To re-lead and repair the westernmost south chancel window, a William Wailes window dated 1870 that is one of 12 remaining windows in the church commissioned by the Tatham family between 1866 and 1883.

Acle, St Edmund

£3,000 Awarded March 2020 Re-thatching the north side of the nave and tidying of the ridge. Small repairs on south side where necessary. Once the thatch is removed, some of the roof timbers may need to be made good.

Tuttington St Peter & St Paul

£10,000 AWARDED July 2019 Urgent tower repairs. Chancel and nave roof repairs, rainwater goods and drainage, buttress and parapet repairs, tracery and ferramenta repairs

Norwich, St John de Sepulchre

£2,000 Awarded 2019 In 2019, a grant of £2,000 was awarded for repairs to the vestry, south transept, buttress and roof. This was part of a large project for the church, which is the care of Norwich Historic Churches Trust, and several funders were involved.
